You can search through all apps and locations (i.e., your local or external drives), that are connected to CONTEXT. We started with support for searching your local files and folders (including all connected file sharing that can be accessed via Finder) and have recently added Slack, to let you find all your messages.

Step by step we will add more integrations (Google Drive, Google Mail, MS Team, etc) and let you search your files, messages, notes, wikis, and more.

CONTEXT’s search is pretty awesome, true, but it’s real superpower is to give you a central point of access to all your information without having to always start from scratch. Creating "context bubbles" lets you hold on to a search and enrich it with more keywords and filters as your contexts may also grow.

CONTEXT also helps you to scan through a long list of info quickly (you’ll love the items previews) so that you are on top of things even faster.

We will add more features to make it even easier and faster to get around your work topics, like bookmarking of important items, adding notes or creating dashboards for your contexts. So, there is more coming, our brains are already exploding from the ideas of how we want to enhance CONTEXT. First, we want to learn if we are on a right track, though, and there is no better way to learn about it, than from you, our beautiful users.

Please let us know! We have a (very) long list of integrations/apps we want to add to CONTEXT and we need the help of our users to stay focused on the most relevant ones. We regularly do iterate on our prioritization based on popularity. So, if you are missing a crucial app, please let us know via say@heycontext.com. We'll put it on our agenda, if it is possible to integrate and the more people who ask for it, the faster it will be available.

No, neither your connected data, nor search terms or context configurations ever leave your computer. CONTEXT is running locally on your computer and the search index is stored locally with you, where it belongs.
